Registered vendors may be sent invitations to bid or requests for proposals. However, we do not routinely send solicitations to all vendors who provide a specific commodity or service. Most bid invitations and requests for proposals over $2,500 are posted on this page. What Does YMCA Buy?

YMCA Purchasing is responsible for procuring the organization's goods and services and for selecting primary and preferred vendors. Purchase may be made through one-time buys or term contracts, Primary and preferred vendors supply products and services on a variety of timelines, determined by YMCA need.
